PRODUCTION

All Catrikes are manufactured in our Orlando, Florida, factory. We use the latest technology and our award-winning manufacturing process to create the best performing trikes available. Our system is based on Lean Manufacturing principles and the Toyota Production System (TPS), but specifically adapted to our unique needs. We focus on simplicity, reliability, flow and visual controls, which make us a benchmark in manufacturing. This is “The Cat Way,” and it allows us to maintain high quality standards while we continue to expand our knowledge of product design based on the production of Catrikes.  Each Catrike is TIG welded from aerospace-grade aluminum in a specially made fixture before being heat-treated, powder-coated, pre-assembled and packaged to ship to our network of dealers.
